Is everybody satisfied now?

It looks as though "Borat" has ushered in a bold new era of fairly disgusting man-on-man action. Witness the new "Snickers Satisfies" commercial, in which two scruffy mechanics end up in the middle of a Snickers bar in a kiss, a la the "Lady and the Tramp" spaghetti scene.

The gay community must be thrilled to pieces.

Paige,
That was one of the dummer commercials of the night. Who is that stupid to act like that around a candy bar? Then the inevitable kiss and the neanderthal reaction. I accept that gays are a part of society, but I'm getting tired of having it thrown in my living room ad nauseum. Now I hear that gay activist groups are mad at the ad with claims of anti-homosexuality. Maybe we should all get up on the desk ala "Dead Poet's Society" and check out the view from a different perspective. Obviously my view and their view were from differing perspectives. My question is which of us was on the desk?
