A.J. Leads the Way

Catcher A.J. Pierzynski leads major league catchers with 41 RBI and is tied for the lead with 12 homers. He is on pace to his a career high 29 home runs and 105 RBI if he continues at his current pace.
Pierzynski didn't start Tuesday against Cubs lefthander Travis Wood. ``Wood has been tough on lefthanders,'' manager Robin Ventura said. ``A.J. will be back in there [Wednesday.]''
