Here’s a quick glance at what’s happening around the American League Central.

Elbow surgery will knock Indians starter Jake Westbook out for the rest of the season.

Veteran reliever Juan Rincon could be the odd man out when the Twins add a position player to their roster this week.

Rehabbing Tigers relievers Fernando Rodney and Joel Zumaya are expected to make appearances tonight at Class AAA Toledo.

Check back later for updates.

I was a one of many critics (blogs) on sox lack of hitting. KW prove me wrong again. That goes to show why he gets paid to be a GM.Hopefully Sox can ride this wave for awhile. Konerko,Swisher & Thome still have a ways to go to reach .250. Happy to see Swisher & Konerko finally look like they are on right track. Thome not exactly hitting that great but has had a couple dingers of late.
