Kym Johnson injured during 'Dancing with the Stars' rehearsal

ETOnline.com is reporting that Kym Johnson was injured during today's rehearsals with Hines Ward and taken out on a stretcher, with her head/neck immobilized. She was transported by ambulance to a Los Angeles Hospital. Further details are pending. Video from ETOnline is after the jump:
