"The View" (10 a.m., WLS-Channel 7): Elisabeth Hasselbeck is back from maternity leave with the right stuff.

"The Fresh Beat Band" (11 a.m., Nickelodeon): New episodes begin for the relentlessly perky show.

"Bud Greenspan Presents: Beijing 2008--America's Olympic Glory" (6 p.m., Showtime): The documentary focuses on the stories of gymnast Nastia Liukin, rower Mary Whipple, water-polo player Brenda Villa, fencers Keeth and Erinn Smart, and swimmer Jason Lezak.

"All Worked Up" (8 p.m., TruTV): In this new reality series, people tell about their first day on the job -- from repo men and women to subpoena servers.

"Schmatta: Rags to Riches to Rags" (8 p.m., HBO): A documentary about the Garment District in New York, which was a step toward the American dream for thousands of immigrants, but is in danger of disappearing.
