"Truth Be Told" (8 p.m., TLC): True confessions, with topics such as "I have an embarrassing medical condition" and "I'm obsessed with my pet." First up: "I'm a hoarder."

"Man vs. Wild" (8 p.m., Discovery): Bear Grylls is back for a fourth season. Coming up: he tangles with a frozen waterfall and hunts wild reindeer. Seems like it would make a nice Christmas special.

"Live From Lincoln Center: Joshua Bell and the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra" (8 p.m., WTTW-Channel 11): The Grammy-winning violinist marks the 200th anniversary of Haydn's death and Mendelssohn's birth.

"Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" (7 p.m., WLS-Channel 7): Lauren Conrad - "Hills" alum, fledgling designer, successful novelist - will be competing. Lifeline expert? No, mercifully, it's not Audrina Patridge. Cokie Roberts will be advising.
