Monday night highlights, 8/31/09

"CMA Music Festival" Country's Night to Rock" (7 p.m., WLS-Channel 7): Brooks and Dunn -- together! -- Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire, Julianna Houghs, the Judds, Sugarland . . .

"Eloise at the Plaza" (7 p.m., Disney): A precocious blond growing up in a hotel, before the Hilton sisters ruined the idea.

"Greek" (8 p.m., ABC Family): Season three begins, and promos promise some sort of hazing ritual involving men running around campus in their underwear.

"Youth Knows No Pain" (8 p.m., HBO): A plastic surgeon's son pokes around in the $60 billion anti-aging industry.

"Weeds" (9 p.m., Showtime): The season finale. Already.

"Dance Your Ass Off" (9 p.m., Oxygen): The final weigh-in! One dancer will win $100,000 as compensation for their missing posterior.

"Ultimate Cake Off" (9 p.m., TLC): Tonight's theme: pirates! How long before there's a Cake Channel?
