"The Fresh Beat Band" (Noon, Nickelodeon): Four happy shiny teenagers give the Wiggles a run for their money by going after the much desired preschool demographic.

"The Rachel Zoe Project" (10 p.m., Bravo): The new season kicks off with the Golden Globes. Question: For a woman who's supposed to be on top of fashion, why does her strung-out hippie look never change?

"Dating in the Dark" (9 p.m., WLS-Channel 7): How do the blind daters mark the season finale? By going through each other's luggage.
