CBS forces Atlanta neighbors to talk to each other for new show

James Hibberd reports that eight homes have been actually WALLED OFF in an Atlanta suburb for three weeks. It's a Mike Fleiss project ("The Bachelorette"; "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"; brother of Heidi), and is tentatively titled "Block Party." How much money would have to be at stake for you to really get to know your neighbors?
