I'm still waiting for my Us magazine, so I only got a tease of this week's cover story: "INSIDE JON'S PRISON." I thought they couldn't top last week's "FROM MOM TO MONSTER" cover, but I was wrong.
Us magazine alleges that, in addition to the weekly mad money Kate would dole out, she banned Jon from seeing his brothers after his father's funeral.
You've almost got to respect the way Us is going after the couple, and trying to paint Kate as the biggest witch since they declared Angelina a homewrecker. (This was before she was reclassified as a saint, and then the subsequent backlash.)
I don't buy it. I have sympathy for Kate, maybe because the footage of her belly -- distended with six fetuses -- is forever stuck in my mind. Maybe I feel sorry for her because all the criticism is a bit over-the-top. Maybe I feel sorry for her because of her hair.
Am I the only one on Team Kate?
I personally do not think Kate treated Jon bad. Having kids is a huge responsibility. HAVING 8 IS WAY TOO MANY FOR ME. Women get into raising the kids, and sometimes it's just not enough time for the husband. This is why couples enjoy each other after the kids are gone, and grown out of the house for good. I think Kate is an organized person. She run her house with organization. Raising a family is a tough job. Should she let others dictate to her how to deal with her marriage? No. She and Jon made a commitment. NO ONE SHE BRING THEM UNDER!
Show biz is a tough game. The couple need to keep that family together. They should realize that they were not going to be exempt from public rumors negativity etc. Grow from this experience,and tough it out.
Amazing how all of these people are talking now, her brother, his ex co-workers, when they are having trouble. Why are they just now talking. How much are they getting paid to tell these stories. Can the public not realize this. Those stories weren't interesting until their show became real popular. Now all of a sudden every body wants dirt on them. And guess what. Their family and ex co workers are going to start cashing in on them. WAKE UP AMERICA. Jon and Kate aren't the only people in this country with marital problems. Leave them alone and let them settle their differences.
I cannot believe no one saw this coming long ago. She always looks so happy about the show and how everything is going and stuff, but look at the guy, he wants to blow his head off. I know that look, I think all unhappily married men know that look.
OK people really? i really hope you see the problem. Jon and Kate cannot afford to send the kids to college and possibly not be able to afford food and clothes with out this show. unfortunatly its tearing their family appart. they are incharge of determining the future of their family and well being. everyone needs to butt out of their liffe and let them choose. it should be their choice and only their choice. LEAVE THEM ALONE PLEASE. just give them time!!!
I hope they work it out. Jon seems sad and clearly showed last season that he didn't want to do the show anymore. Kate clearly only thinks of herself and needs to remember what a marriage is supposed to be...maybe she can re-read some of those psalms she's always quoting on kitchen cabinets and her re-wedding cake.

I wish Jon would grow some stones and take Kate to court, asking the court to order the show canceled for the sake of The Eight. Enough already!
