Gilles Marini talking about 'Sex and the City' sequel

Hollyscoop.com is reporting that the hunky actor Gilles Marini is in negotiations for the sequel to the hugely successful feature film "Sex and the City." To wit, the site reports;

"While we're used to Sex & the City surrounding the lives of our favorite TV girlfriends; Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda, one actor stole the spotlight during the movie--Gilles Marini aka: Samantha's hot neighbor Dante.

Gilles, Samantha's "sex on a stick" neighbor, played Dante in the hit movie, which left women across the country begging for more. Now that the SATC sequel has been confirmed, is there room in the sequel for this sexy actor? It's definitely a possibility.

Hollyscoop caught up with Gilles last night at the "Dancing With the Stars" taping where he opened up about the idea of making a cameo on the new SATC sequel.

"We've been talking," Gilles told Hollyscoop exclusively. "We'll see what happens. If Michael Patrick King comes down and says 'I have this part for you', I'll drop everything, except 'Dancing With the Stars,' and I'll do it."

He added, "He's a brilliant writer so I'd love to work with him again. I'm sure he has a lot of amazing thing cooking for me."
