Dick Clark lives, and he'll be back for his annual gig again: "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve." But at the other end of the generational scale is Clark's groomed successor, co-host Ryan Seacrest, and this year's crop of young teen stars, which will include performances by the Jonas Bros. and Taylor Swift.
Lionel Richie also will perform, ABC said in its announcement today. Those names add to the previously announced performers: Fall Out Boy, Natasha Bedingfield, Jesse McCartney, Ne-Yo, Pussycat Dolls, Solange and Robin Thicke -- those will all be segments broadcast from a Hollywood Party, hosted by Fergie
Kellie Pickler will be on hand in Times Square with live reports on the festivities.
It all starts Dec. 31 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
