The "ER" closes on March 12. NBC announced today the long-running drama series will wrap with a two-hour series finale.
From the AP:
A week after that medical drama ends its 15-season run, NBC will introduce "Kings," an ambitious new series set in the present but based on the Biblical tale of David and Goliath. It stars Ian McShane ("Deadwood") as the powerful monarch of mythical Gilboa.
A four-hour thriller starring Val Kilmer ("The Doors") and Stephen Dorff ("World Trade Center"), "XIII" will air Feb. 8 and 15.
And the new season of "Celebrity Apprentice" will begin March 1, NBC says.
