It's getting ugly for LiLo on "Betty."
A correspondent at E! reports that Lindsay Lohan is getting cut from her appearances on "Ugly Betty." They're not just not asking her back for more, they're axing the footage they already have, trimming her from six episodes to four this season.
"They don't plan to have her back for more episodes," a high-level insider tell E! "And they are cutting her out of the episodes they have already shot."
More: "According to my sources, the main driving force for this decision is that Lindsay was not gelling creatively with the series. 'She was not so interested in creating a character,' another reliable insider close to 'Betty' tells me. 'She was more interested in just playing herself, and that doesn't work on a show like this with such heightened reality.' "
LiLo reprised her role as Kimmie this season, and immediately caused trouble on the set in a different way: attracting too many paparazzi.
From an innocent girl to a total mean party girl, poor Lindsay Lohan axed from Ugly Betty. Though she had the charisma, looks and talent for the role she didn't portray it well. Was she acting selfish or she just didn't like working with the staff? Its a shame to know her scenes got cut. Well, maybe she deserves it. :)
