The CW has ordered nine more episodes of the new "90210," filling out the freshman show's first season. That means the show will have a full 22 episodes.
The much buzzed about ''90210'' posted the highest-rated series premiere in the CW's two-year history in women 18-34, adults 18-34 and adults 18-49. The ''Beverly Hills, 90210'' spinoff dropped precipitously in its second airing but recovered nicely last week to average 3.3 million viewers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
First-incarnation star Shannen Doherty, however, made a return appearance in four episodes this season and scrammed. There is a "possibility" her character will return.
