Sea-band wristbands. Dramamine. The latest issue of Budget Travel even has a tip from a reader swearing by the stomach-soothing powers of a green apple.

Have you found some great way to avoid getting seasick on cruises?

If so, I'd love to hear about. So too would landlubbing readers getting ready to set sail.

So thanks in advance for any tried-and-true solutions...
