In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later, the President, joined by college students, will call on Congress to help keep college affordable for middle-class families and students by preventing student loan interest rates from doubling on July 1st. The President's remarks in the Rose Garden are open press.

Later in the morning, the President will welcome NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen to the White House. The Secretary General's visit underscores the vital importance the United States places on the North Atlantic Alliance and our relationship with Europe, and our shared commitment to addressing challenges together. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of the meeting in the Oval Office.
