DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2013

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with Secretary of Defense Hagel. This meeting in the Oval Office is closed press.

In the evening, as part of their "In Performance at the White House" series, the President and First Lady will host a concert in the East Room celebrating Memphis Soul music. There will be pooled press coverage of the President's remarks.
