How Sen. Mark Kirk plans to work with Sen. Rand Paul. Video

On Monday, March 4, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) keynoted the 6th Annual Northwest Suburban Republican Lincoln Day Dinner in Palatine.

Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) in the video is speaking to six northwest GOP organizations hosting the dinner --from Schaumburg, Barrington, Hanover, Northfield, Palatine, and Wheeling Townships-- and thanking the group for an award.

"In the coming months I plan to join with Rand to vote to spend less and borrow less and tax less to save our economy," Kirk said.
