GOVERNOR'S PUBLIC SCHEDULE

CHICAGO - Governor Pat Quinn will proclaim Hispanic Heritage Month in Illinois and present scholarships to four young art and literacy contestants. The Governor will also highlight several Illinois efforts benefiting the Latino community.
