DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR
SATURDAY, AUGUST 11, 2012 AND SUNDAY, AUGUST 12, 2012

On Saturday afternoon, the President will depart the White House en route Chicago, Illinois. The departure from the South Lawn and arrival at O'Hare International Airport are open press.

The President will remain overnight in Chicago, Illinois.

On Sunday, the President will attend a campaign event at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers. This event is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at the Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago. This event is pooled for television and open to pre-credentialed stills and correspondents.

In the evening, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at his residence. This event is print pool for remarks only.

The President will then attend a campaign event at a private residence. This event is closed press.

Later in the evening, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at a private residence. This event will be print pool for remarks.

The President will remain overnight in Chicago, Illinois.

Schedule for the Week of August 13, 2012:

On Monday, the President will depart Chicago, Illinois en route Council Bluffs, Iowa where he will begin a three-day bus tour. In Iowa, the President will attend campaign events in Council Bluffs and Boone. The President will remain overnight in Des Moines, Iowa.

On Tuesday, the President will travel to Oskaloosa, Marshalltown and Waterloo, Iowa for campaign events. The President will remain overnight in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

On Wednesday, the President and First Lady will travel to Dubuque and Davenport, Iowa for campaign events. Later on Wednesday, the President and First Lady will return to Washington, DC.

On Thursday and Friday, the President will attend meetings at the White House.
