Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel talks about the 2012 presidential election on Sunday over at ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos. Emanuel is paired with New Hampshire GOP Senator Kelly Ayotte who has been mentioned as a possible Mitt Romney vice presidential pick. Emanuel, President Barack Obama's former chief of staff, served in the Clinton White House with Stephanopoulos and they are friends.
