WASHINGTON---President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle have rarely been back home together in Chicago since he became president; the First Family returned mid-June to attend the wedding of the daughter of Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett. And during this visit to their Kenwood home, the First Couple made it to the lake.
