Biggert, Foster cash match in Illinois House 11

West suburban 11th congressional district

Rep. Judy Biggert (R-Ill.) and former Rep. Bill Foster (D-Ill.) making a comeback bid, are fairly evenly matched when it comes to fund-raising. Neither had to pay for any substantial primary and each has kept disbursements relatively low to stockpile cash.

The stats, based on the Federal Election Commission reports filed Sunday.
