Romney adds Illinois Friday stop, deploys Gov.Christie to Elmhurst

WASHINGTON--Mitt Romney is adding a stop in Illinois, a Friday breakfast in Rosemont, in the run-up to the Tuesday Illinois primary. Later that day, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie headlines an event at Elmhurst College for Romney.

Romney beefs up his Illinois schedule after holding a telephone town hall in Illinois on Wednesday while state Treasurer Dan Rutherford--chief of Romney's Illinois campaign--and former Speaker Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.) did a four-city Illinois fly-around to tout Romney delegates.

Romney spends Monday and Tuesday and Illinois and, I head, may add a weekend Illinois stop.

Romney on Friday:
7:25 AM CST
Pancakes Eggcetera 9463 W Higgins Rd
Rosemont.

Christie on Friday:
Noon CST
Elmhurst College - Founder's Lounge
190 Prospect Avenue
Elmhurst
