WASHINGTON--Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel headlines a fund-raiser for Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett on Wednesday--as Barrett is deciding whether to announce whether he will run for governor.
The tab for the Emanuel fund-raiser, in Milwaukee, runs from $400 to $2,500. Barrett is running for re-election on April 3--and has said he will say before then whether he will jump in the recall contest launched to dump Wisconsin GOP Gov. Scott Walker.
