Obama caught on open mike: After election, will have more "flexibility" with Russia

Jake Tapper at ABC News reports on candid comments caught by an open microphone President Barack Obama made to outgoing Russian President Dmitri Medvedev on Monday: after the election, Obama would have "more flexibility" on tough issues. Newly elected Russian President Vladimir Putin needs to give him "space" Obama told Medvedev. Obama meets with Putin in a few weeks at the G-8 summit in Camp David. Obama has said a reason the G-8 was moved from Chicago to his presidential retreat was to run a more intimate meeting--and get to know Putin.
