FOX NEWS CHANNEL TO PRESENT LIVE COVERAGE OF THE ILLINOIS PRIMARY
Bret Baier to Anchor Results Coverage on Tuesday, March 20th
FOX News Channel (FNC) will present live coverage of the Illinois primary on Tuesday, March 20th in a one-hour special edition of "Special Report with Bret Baier" from 11:00PM-12:00AM/ET. Anchored by Bret Baier, the program will report the voting results from across the state with special analysis from FNC contributors Steve Hayes and Charles Krauthammer, as well as The Hill's A.B. Stoddard. Baier will also be joined by a Chicago panel including Fox Chicago News' Mike Flannery, Lynn Sweet of the Chicago Sun-Times, and the Chicago Daily Herald's Kerry Lester. The program will also feature an interview with President Obama's senior campaign adviser David Axelrod. Additionally, Bret Baier will anchor live cut-ins from Chicago and provide updated voting results throughout the evening starting at 8:00PM/ET.
Chief Political Correspondent Carl Cameron and Midwest based general correspondent Steve Brown will also contribute to the network's special coverage. Stationed at the primary locations, along with the candidates' headquarters, they will report on the data while tracking voter turnout/outcomes live from their designated locations. Additionally, foxnews.com will provide real-time results for the primary.
