Illinois presidential primary: Obama, Romney, Santorum, DNC here

The Illinois Primary is Tuesday and President Barack Obama, Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum all hit the state on Friday: lots of split screen coverage today.

Obama: Two high dollar fund-raisers at the Palmer House

Romney: Quick breakfast event at a Rosemont restaurant at 7:30 a.m. The Democratic National Committee has a 7 a.m. press conference outside the same place to bash Romney as "wrong for women, wrong for Illinois" featuring Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.)

Santorum: The Mundelein, Ill. Carmel High School graduate has two afternoon events in Arlington Heights.

Newt Gingrich stumped in the northwest suburbs Thursday.
