ALABAMA - primary
· 50 total delegates
· 26 At-Large delegates will be awarded proportionally with a 20% threshold. They will be winner-take-all if a candidate receives more than 50% of the statewide primary vote
· 21 Congressional District delegates will be awarded as follows: the winner of the plurality will receive 2 of the 3 delegates for the congressional district and the final delegate will be awarded to the second place winner if a 20% threshold is met. The 3 delegates per congressional district will go winner-take-all if a candidate receives more than 50% of the congressional district vote in the primary or if only one candidate receives over 20%
· 3 RNC delegates will remain unbound but may state a preference for a candidate

AMERICAN SAMOA - territorial convention
· 9 total delegates
· 6 At-Large delegates will be elected at the territorial convention
· 3 RNC delegates will remain unbound but may state a preference for a candidate

HAWAII - caucus
· 20 total delegates
· 11 At-Large delegates will be allocated proportionally based on the statewide caucus vote
· 6 Congressional District delegates will be allocated proportionally based on the district caucus vote
· 3 RNC delegates will remain unbound but may state a preference for a candidate
· Caucus will be 6:00 - 8:00 HST (12 midnight - 2:00 a.m. EDT, March 14)

MISSISSIPPI - primary
· 40 total delegates
· 25 At-Large delegates will be allocated proportionally with a 15% threshold of the statewide vote
· 12 Congressional Districts will be allocated proportionally with a 15% threshold of the congressional district vote
· 3 RNC delegates will remain unbound but may state a preference for a candidate
