DAILY GUIDANCE FOR THE VICE PRESIDENT

In the morning, the Vice President and Dr. Jill Biden will travel to San Francisco, California.
At 12:30 PM PST, the Vice President will attend a campaign event at the Bentley Reserve. Afterwards, the Vice President will attend a campaign event at 2:15 PM PST at the Bentley Reserve.
In the evening, at 6:00 PM PST, the Vice President will meet with business leaders in technology and innovation to discuss the economy. The meeting is a part of the Administration's ongoing dialogue with the business community on working together to strengthen the economy, support entrepreneurship, and put the American people back to work.
GUIDANCE FOR DR. JILL BIDEN:
At 12:30 PM PST, Dr. Jill Biden will visit the VA Palo Alto Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center. She will hear from patients, staff and caregivers about the continuum of care for wounded warriors at VA polytrauma rehabilitation centers. This visit is part of Dr. Biden's ongoing work with First Lady Michelle Obama and their Joining Forces initiative, which aims to bring Americans together to recognize, honor and take action to support veterans and military families as they serve our country and throughout their lives. Later in the day, at 2:45 PM PST, Dr. Biden, Aneesh Chopra, United States Chief Technology Officer, and Peter Levin, Senior Advisor to the Secretary and Chief Technology Officer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, will participate in an "Apps for Heroes" event at Code for America in San Francisco.
