Over the weekend, Rahm Emanuel and wife Amy Rule returned to Washington to mingle with the stars at the glitzy Kennedy Center Honors program on Sunday. Emanuel, President Obama's former chief of staff and Rule were at the White House for a reception before the show, where actress Meryl Streep, singer Neil Diamond, actress Barbara Cook, musician Yo-Yo Ma, and musician Sonny Rollins were honored. Emanuel's public schedule on Sunday and Monday do not reflect his whereabouts (a White House visit isn't worth noting?) and show the limited use of the schedules for tracking the Emanuel mayoralty.
