Newt to benefit most if Cain drops out: Real Clear Politics

Over at Real Clear Politics, Carl M. Cannon and Chicago's own Tom Bevan jumped ahead and explored who would benefit if Herman Cain drops out of the GOP presidential race in a Wednesday story which you can read HERE. The surging Newt Gingrich would be the beneficiary, Cannon and Bevan conclude. With the latest accusation of sexual misconduct, Cain said he is reassessing his already nosediving campaign.
