Rep. Jesse Jackson (D-Ill.) wants House to condemn Rick Perry: C-SPAN video

WASHINGTON--Republican votes on Thursday blocked a bid by Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-Ill.) to condemn GOP White House hopeful Rick Perry because a racial slur was painted on a rock near the family hunting camp.
