Mayor Rahm Emanuel, taking an "El" ride, oblivious to the zombie behind him. I don't know if the photo above was posed or if an official Chicago photographer just happened to be along for an "El" ride with the mayor and knew a good picture when he saw one. In any case, the photo was posted on the City of Chicago's Facebook page with this caption: "In case of a zombie apocalypse, remember to stay calm like Rahm. Have a happy and safe Halloween, Chicago!"

A man in the photo is identified as Scott Lyon.
