Obama on Moammar Gadhafi's death. Remarks at 2 pm est

WASHINGTON--President Obama will deliver remarks at 2 p.m. est Thursday on the death of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, which the U.S. has been working on confirming. A White House official tells the Chicago Sun-Times, "In his remarks, the President will cite the fact that Libyan officials have announced Gaddafi's death. We have also received similar reports through diplomatic channels and have confidence in this reporting."
