DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2011

In the morning, the President and Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will meet with senior advisors in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

After, the President and the Vice President will meet with Secretary of State Clinton in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will travel to Columbus, Ohio. While in Columbus, the President will visit the Fort Hayes Arts and Academic High School to highlight his American Jobs Act proposal to put workers back on the job by rebuilding and modernizing schools across the country. The American Jobs Act proposes a $25 billion investment in school infrastructure that will modernize at least 35,000 public schools - investments that will create jobs while improving classrooms and upgrading our schools to meet 21st century needs. While at Fort Hayes Arts and Academic High School the President will tour a newly modernized graphic design classroom. The tour of the graphic design classroom will be travel pool coverage. After, the President will deliver remarks. The President's remarks are open press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will return to Washington, DC. The departure from Rickenbacker International Airport and the arrival on the South Lawn are open press.

In the evening, the President and the Vice President will then meet with Secretary of Defense Panetta in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
