WASHINGTON--The magnitude of President Obama's second quarter fund-raising success is seen best in comparison to GOP 2012 rivals:

$46.3 million: Obama (not counting related donations to the Democratic National Committee.

$18.3 million: Mitt Rommney

$4.5 million: Ron Paul

$4.3 million: Tim Pawlenty

$3.6 million: Michele Bachmann

$2.1 million: Newt Gingrich

$2.0 million: Herman Cain

$ 582,348: Rick Santorum
