Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Mn.), a 2012 White House hopeful, is saying that the migraine headaches she suffers would not impact her ability to be president--comments made to address a story the Daily Caller broke. The new NBC News / Wall Street Journal polls shows Bachmann jumping to second place among the Republican primary field, giving a headache perhaps (could not help myself) to her GOP rivals.
