WASHINGTON--Queen Elizabeth is hosting a white tie dinner for President Obama and First Lady Michelle in London. Mrs. Obama's dramatic white gown is by U.S. designer Tom Ford, an East Wing spokesman told me. The website Obamafoodorama is posting extensively on the banquet Chicago's Lou Sussman, the U.S. ambassador to Great Britain is at the dinner, of course, as well as senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.
