In the afternoon, the President will return to Washington, DC. The departure from Chicago O'Hare International Airport and the arrival on the South Lawn are open press.

Later in the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with the leadership of the National Conference of State Legislators in the Roosevelt Room. This meeting is closed press.
