President Obama official schedule and guidance, April 1, 2011. Clean vehicles, new Sudan envoy

DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR
FRIDAY, APRIL 1, 2011

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. The President will then meet with senior advisors in the Oval Office. These meetings are closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will visit a UPS shipping facility in Landover, MD where he will view vehicles from AT&T, PepsiCo, UPS and Verizon's clean fleets and deliver remarks to the companies' employees. There will be travel pool coverage of the tour and the President's remarks are pooled for TV and open to correspondents and still photographers.

Later, the President will meet with Sudan Special Envoy Ambassador Princeton Lyman in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
