Obama to deliver statement on Libya before departing for Brazil

UPDATED: This afternoon, the President will consult with a bipartisan group of Congressional leaders on Libya in the Situation Room. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will deliver a statement on the situation in Libya in the East Room. This statement is open press.
