WASHINGTON--President Obama reached out to the U.S. business community in a speech before the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Monday, saying his administration wants to cut red tape and streamline government regulations for companies, but corporate America has obligations to start hiring again. Obama walked to the speech--a block from the White House with White House Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett and Chief of Staff Bill Daley, the Chicagoans who are Obama's ambassadors to corporate America.
