Schedule for the Week of December 13, 2010
On Monday, the President and First Lady Michelle Obama will deliver remarks and the President will sign into law the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 at Harriet Tubman Elementary School in Washington, D.C. Later, the President will welcome the Los Angeles Lakers to Washington, D.C. to honor their 2009-2010 season and their second consecutive NBA championship. At the event, Lakers coaches and staff will participate in a service project at a Washington D.C. Boys and Girls Club with local D.C.-area youth.
The President will be at the White House for meetings for the remainder of the week. More scheduling details will be released on Monday.
