In the afternoon, the President will hold a news conference in the East Room. This event is open press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will meet with senior advisors in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

If the absentee ballets have not been counted how can they declare Mark Kirk a winner? I voted absentee and I want my vote counted. Look very suspect to me.
