Paul Simon--who recruited Axelrod from the Chicago Tribune to work in his first Senate campaign. The chair of the event is Martin Simon--Sheila's brother, a photographer. Target audience: Simon alumni. Tickets range from $4,800 to $150 for the event at O'Brien's, 1528 N. Wells.

ATTENTION ILLINOIS DEMOCRATS!

GOTV FOR ALEXI GIANNOULIAS AND PAT QUINN!

We need to do everything we can get to defeat serial liar Mark Kirk, failed business man Bill Brady and the Teabagger goons (the Republican base) who are going to be running a crooked minority voter suppression/intimidation operation on election day. IL Republicans are scared, they know they can't win without rigging the vote, so it's our job to turn out as many Dem voters as possible so as to make their job that much harder.
