President Obama official schedule and guidance, Sept. 24, 2010. World leaders meetings in NYC

DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2010

In the morning, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the meeting.

In the afternoon, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with President Juan Manuel Santos Calderón of Colombia. Following the meeting, the President will attend a working luncheon with ASEAN leaders. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the bilateral meeting and the luncheon.

Later, the President will attend a Ministerial meeting on Sudan. The travel pool will accompany. The President will also hold a bilateral meeting with President Roza Otunbayeva of Krygyzstan. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the bilateral meeting

In the evening, the President will return to the White House. The President's departure from the John F. Kennedy International Airport and arrival on the South Lawn are open press.

Speaking to the press at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York on Friday, September 24, 2010, at the opening of the U.S. – ASEAN Leaders Meeting, President Obama said he plans to visit Indonesia, Korea and Japan during an Asia swing in November 2010. Obama will be attending the APEC Japan 2010 meeting in Yokohama, Japan November 13-14, 2010.
