DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2010

In the morning, the President will address the United Nations General Assembly. This event is open press. The President will then hold a bilateral meeting with Premier Wen Jiabao of China. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the meeting.

In the afternoon, the President will attend a luncheon hosted by the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon. There will be travel pool coverage at the top of the luncheon.

Also in the afternoon, the President and First Lady will join President Bill Clinton to address the 2010 Annual Meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). This event is open press. Later, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Naoto Kan of Japan. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the meeting.

In the evening, the President and the First Lady will host a reception in honor of heads of delegation attending the United Nations General Assembly. This reception is closed press.
