It is great that First Lady Michelle Obama is concerned with obesity. Obesity is rampant throughout adults and children. Adult population close to 60% and children 18%.
I would like to know why more employment positions are not created to educate individuals on obesity and disease in Health and Human Services departments throughout the country?
I am a provisional alternate route teacher in health education and unable to find positions of such in NJ. The First Lady needs a team to spread the word.
I will be looking forward to the interview.
There is a lot to be said for preventive health care. Stop smoking, NO Illegal drugs, limited alcohol intake. Exercise and controlling weight.
All contribute to longer healthier lives.
Please Advise...How can you guide your grandchildren with obesity issues without criticizing them and to eat healthy, when you and the parents and grandparents have a problem with obesity...?
I saw all of the interview. She is performing her duty as the First Lady with class and distinction. I wish that I could say the same for her husband in his job.
Michelle would be better advised to worry about kids who aren't getting enough to eat. She's out of touch with the common folk & their problems.
